Ahh, that is very cool!!! :)
Our actions don't go unnoticed by others. I have noticed too that, smoking co-workers are very curious about how I quit. They are starting to believe that if I could quit, then maybe they could do it too. Makes me feel good :)
CONGRATULATIONS mlk & CONGRATULATIONS to your friends husband too

I called a co-worker yesterday and I could hear her husband in the background. She said he was a little grouchy, chewing the crap of the gum because he had quit smoking. I was so excited and learned he quit almost 4 weeks ago. I told her to tell him I was so proud of him and to please hang in there. He yelled out that I was his inspiration. When he learned that I quit, he had to try again. What a great feeling. I don't remember being anyone's inspiration before. Just another reason why quitting is so great!!
