Hello Faith, Since You just started Your quit on this website, I would highly reccomend getting addicted to a good Excercise Program, and start eating more healthy foods daily, When I started on here like 4 years ago, I started walking like 2 1/2 miles aday, and today, You will still see me hikeing it down the road, I always call it a Stress Reliever, it does the body good, Try it, I'm sure You'll like it, Yes, I will be 70 my next birthday, and Thankful I've still got my health, after smoking 40 years,
All You got to do, is grit Your teeth, and get the Eye of the Tiger, it sure worked for me, It took me 40 years to learn my lesson, No, I'll Never have another cigerette, So get a good positive attitude, and go at it, Have a good journey, Smokless in Oklahoma :)
