In my past quits I have always experienced depression. Some of it is physical, some mental. This quit, I have vowed that i am going to just embrace how i feel and go with it. Using positive self talk about the benefits of quitting have helped me this time. When I want to smoke, I'll say something like, 'Oh yes, you want to poison yourself, destroy your lungs, waste your time and money, and become a life long drug addict". It helps. As for the depression, thanks for the info about the B complex. I have some in my cabinet that has been neglected for a while! I know that I will not feel this way forever. I am working towards physical and mental freedom from nicotine.
