Thanks for the tips Jon, those all sound reasonable.
As for the diet soda, I've often wondered about that. Primarily because I cut it out while I was pregnant and I only gained about 20-25 lbs both times and I certainly ate more than other times. Now, with quitting I've gained a good 10 lbs in a month or two.
So, I think I'm going to experiment with cutting back on the diet soda AND artificial sweeteners in general. Maybe nutrisweet and saccharine are making us fat?! :confuse:
