When I start having stupid ideas, like "hey, I wonder what a cigaratte tastes like now" or "hey, I don't really want to quit" or my favorite "hey maybe they are wrong about it being unhealthy, they were wrong about margarine being good for you after all" I visualize in my mind a nicotine monster (mine looks like the gross little mucinex guy, but smoking a ciggy) and a giant big NO with red letters coming down and smashing him.
I find that really works, and makes me not think about it again for a while.
Does anyone else have a little trick?
