Welcome Fibro chick, It is the best thing you could do for yourself. I am a fibromite (lol) myself. I read how bad smoking is for this condition. The muscles have enough going on without the oxygen and blood flow depleted. You also know that chemicals are a bad thing for us. It triggers flares............and so does stress.....which cigarettess really cause. You can do this. Keep positive and know you are doing this "just" for you. Hey Unhooked, Yeah, I'm feeling better, not 100%, but better for sure. I've been sleeping soooo much. R&J is good. We just closed yesterday. I played Paris. The company is a repertory company that performs for high schools during the day, and we did five plays. So I got to play Macbeth and Julius Caesar, as well. And then smaller roles in Othello and Midsummer. Pretty cool experience. And I'm off in a few to do another show called WATER at Chicago Dramatists. And I'm in rehearsals for another show that I'm directing. This has been a very busy time. I just wish any/all of these shows PAID me more!!! :) You live near Stratford? Or ever go there? I've been twice; I love it there!!! How cool would it be to get a gig there! --Shakes My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 49 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 980 Amount Saved: $441.00 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 5 Mins: 20 Seconds: 27

Hey, Shakes! I was thinking about you today, how are you feeling? The antibiotics should have kicked in by now & if you're taking care of yourself, you should be feeling better. Alos, how is R&J going & who are you playing? Hi, fibrochick, welcome to the site & congratulations on making the decision to quit. I have some issues with the IM too but maybe I can help. It shows you logged in but offline, can you bring it up & sign online? You have come to the right place, you'll find whatever help you need here. You already have a few days, I see, so good for you. What are you using, anything?
