Another Patch Question...

Hey Jon, I think you got it right, after 24 hrs, they are done. Why the fastrack??? You may be playing with fire! Do you think 4 weeks, (is it?) is enough to help you be free of the physiological withdrawals symptoms? :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 78 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,950 Amount Saved: $822.90 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 14 Mins: 18 Seconds: 39

Like everthing else, it's different for everyone but I think & I know others here do, too, that the patch works best when you follow the rules exactly. Good luck with it, Jon! So today I am stopping the patch. Ive been breaking the rules for a while now. Step1- 2 weeks, step 2 for 1 week and step 3 for 1 week. I was gonna do 1 more week of step 3 but I just wasnt abloe to get to the store. So I left the patch from yesterday on.(my last one) Does it really release anything more after 24 hours? Or am I just pretending here?
