It is so good to see the two of you still here. I know that I could smoke at any time but I choose not to. That choice gets so much easier as time goes by. I use to tell people all the time... When your desire to quit outweights your desire to smoke, you will quit and you will succeed. Don't ever give up. No matter how many times it takes, no matter how hard it seems. Keep taking one step at a time, one day at a time. You are AWESOME!!!!! Ahhh, my quit buddy. I sense a totally different Sparky emerging! She is confident! She is happy! She is in control! She KNOWS THE TRUTH! I am so happy that this is it for us. It is just so much easier when you don't entertain any self destructive behaviours. How can one be bored, when life is so great! Kudo's to you. WE GOT THE RIGHT NUMBER THIS TIME. Right beside you.

Just want to thank all of you for your posts. Some have really hit home and other make me smile. We all are traveling the same road. Some, like me, have wonder off for awhile and have found our way back. I want to believe I have learned what I need to stay quit, because I certianly do not want to start all over again. In AA I always tell members there I know I have another drink in me, but not sure if I have another sober left. I am appoaching this quit the same way. I know I have another smoke left, but not sure if there is another quit. I have been very happy in this quit and it feels nice. Life is good and I try to concentrate on that. I am doing what is good for me and that feels really nice.
