Welcome Jojo... Everyone here is signed on and willing to help.. Read, read and be familiar with what is happening to you and you will not be hit from out of the blue with craves.. Drink a lot of water to flush out the nicotine plus it helps with cravs... Good luck kKeep us close and posted...

Way to go jojo! Bear is right, when you get your sense of smell back you'll realize that your quit is worth it. SCC has been the best part of my quit and I couldn't have done it alone. Good luck tomorrow :) We're all cheering for you!!! I know what you mean about being terrified - this side of the quit - but once you have made that positive step you will realise it's not so scary. Everyone will tell you to read, read this site and read some more then post if you feel like it. That's good advice. Take care and be positive. Hi JoJo Hang in there. I know just what you mean by looking forward to the quit but also terrified!! My quit date is next Monday (28th) and I'm also excited but scared at the same time. :) :8o: I'll be thinking about you tomorrow, I know you can do it. It will be great when we kick this habit. Phil is right. We should be more terrified of a slow painful death!
