I don't know what's going on with the locked discussions but I'm going to post anyway. I fell off the wagon & it ran me over. On Monday I got together with some friends I don't get to see very often & some of them smoke. Ithought I would be Ok because I had already been in a social situation & had a few drinks & didn't smoke. I thought I could just stay inside with the other non-smokers while the others went outside. That's what I get for thinking! I also continued to smoke on Tuesday till the pack ran out because I paid $12 for the damn thing!!! The good news is I don't consider this a blown quit, I consider it a setback & a learning opportunity, thanks to this site & all I've learned here. I have started with the patch because why make it harder on myself & I know I need some coping strategies for my smoking friends. I also think I was overconfident because of my success in the first few days so I have to take more of a one day at a time approach. Anyway, I'm back on track, thanks to this site & all of you. I do feel I have to reset my meter though & I don't know how, can anyone help me with that please?
