Hang in there Rhonda. You can do this - but first you need to get rid of that pack. Don't tempt yourself.
My advice to you would be to try to channel that anger you are feeling away from other people and towards this addiction that has you trapped. Search for the post that lists the ingredients in cigarettes - you'll be shocked at what the tobacco companies put in there! There are a lot of good posts here about addiction and the power of a positive attitude in quitting. Read, read, and read some more and post too. It is soooo helpful.
If what you need is a laugh, there are some funny posts too, laughter makes you feel better and may counteract some of the negative feelings you are having.
Remember, a slip can be a learning experience if you figure out what went wrong and how to deal with it differently next time. I think today's quote was something to that effect.
