Hang in there now, okay? I did exactly the same way that you're doing. Day 3 was hell but other than that day, I did fine up until around the 14th or 15th day.....Then it was a constant, maddening crave. I promise you though, it won't last but just a few days and little by little, it really DOES get better.
While this is going on, rest and sleep as much as you can. Just let your body keep right on healing and keep telling yourself that you're healing throughout those craves. That really is the truth. AND, drink lots and lots of water. It seems like every time I stop drinking as much water, those craves come back more.
