what are our triggers

Telephone, car, drink, stressful conversation/argument, gambling in vegas, coffee, party environement involving drink, ending of a long meeting, after meal time, before meal time, ist thing morning, last thing before bed. There must be many more - its amazing how many triggers there are - cant avoid all the triggers otherwise you'd never go to beD - or wake up. We've got to elevate to another level, and no longer see them as triggers. Doing this act a few times sans smoking wiLl make this easier - LETS GO PEOPLE,- LET TAKE ON THIS NIC AND CRUSH HIM LIKE A GRAPE. NO MATTER HOW MANY CONNIVING WAYS HE HAS TO RE-ENTER OUR HEADS, BLOCK HIM, AND THEN KICK HIM OUT HARD SO HE KNOWS HES NOT WELCOME IN YOUR HEAD - YOUR HEAD HAS MADE UP ITS MIND - IT WILL NOT BE MANIPULATED ANYMORE. NICOTINE CAN USE ANY DIGUISE IT WANTS - YOU KNOW EM ALL - ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THE STICK THAT SLOWLY AND PAINFULLY DESTROYS LIVES OF VICTIMS AND THE INNOCENT FAMLIES.
