I used my positive thinking and self talk. That did it for me. I had no trouble because my positive additude made it easy for me. I didn't have really bad times because every time I thought about smoking I did something, got busy and had a very clean house ;p
Try to be positive and half the job is done. If you want the quit to be hard, it will be.
