Thanks to all, because without all of you I'm not sure I could of done it on my own. I sure stuck to these boards alot at the beginning of my quit and it helped so much just knowing I wasn't alone with those terrible cravings and that they would go away. I made it 3 months, WOOOHOOO! I never thought I could the first few weeks, I was just taking it minute by minute which became hour by hour then day by day, week by week and now month by month. I can't wait to say year by year and not think about it again. It was such a struggle in the beginning and I'm glad I took it on. I'm glad I don't stink anymore, have that expense, and no worries about having them with me at alltimes. Things are alot better. I breathe so much easier in just 3 months, and that I'm thankful far.
