Day 1 for me

Hi Mark, the patch takes about 15 - 20 minutes to kick in after you first put it on. Stick with your program. I am on my last week of the patch and am glad to have gone this route. Don't have any cravings at all anymore, (Knock on wood). You'll do fine if you stick to your program and be ready for surprises! The first few days are the test and then its smoother sailing from there, so hang in there! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 60 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,513 Amount Saved: $633 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 7 Mins: 24 Seconds: 1

Hi Mark Congratulations on your decision to quit. You have come to a great place for help and support. Yes, right now it seems like such a long journey, but it is a journey worth taking! You will go through some really crappy stages and then some really good stages. When you are done, you will be healthier, happier and most of all a NON-SMOKER. You can do this, and we here can help. We all want to help you succeed. Glad to have you join us! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 63 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,591 Amount Saved: $315 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 17 Mins: 41 Seconds: 45

Mark, It should begin to take effect 1/2 - 1 hour after application. Please take the time to work through the online quit program or to read through a few threads. Congrats on day 1! We are cheering you on! Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team
