The smoking ban is already here in Wales, as Mr Ed so rightly points out - but everyone ends up sitting outside now, instead of inside the pub!! I have vowed not to join them all under the outdoor heaters that have been provided - and tend to sit in the pub on my own! :confuse:
Maybe it's got nothing to do with smoking! :|

England is a bit slow - a law outlawing smoking in bars and restaurants will take effect in July this year.
Gradually smoking is becoming a thing of the past!
