Hi Princess,
You are doing a great job. Just remember as one very wise person on this site said, that person is probably wishing that they were you and had almost two weeks of quitting under their belt.
Plus trust me, I sat by a smoker for the last three days at a work shop. It was not a pleasant smell.
You are doing a great job. Just do whatever you need to do to keep the quit. It truly is worth fighting for. That goes for you too Jean.
Please remember to yell for help and want for a response. The cravings do pass and with time this road gets a lot easier to travel.
Have a great weekend and know that we are there for you.
Julie
