Hey guys it has now been 58 days since my last cig and I have found the cravings going away day by day :) while their have been times i've thought about going to the store and buying a pack of smokes I always remind myself i've made it this far and even if i have 1 puff ill go back to smoking like I did before I quit. I can already tell I have a lot more energy now also good waking up in the morning and not having that nasty feeling in my lungs. I hope all of you guys are doing ok in your quit attempt so far, and if your trying to quit dont give up you will get past those in due time :) Well ill talk to you guys later just wanted to let you guys know how I was doing and gl to the rest of the members on this board!!!
