well 22 days and still smoke free. not one puff. im proud of myself. this is the longest ive been smoke free in 24 years. the patch has really helped. i go to my dr. tomorrow for a ekg because of my heartbeat. friday i noticed after 3 days prior my hb was slow. down to 48 beats a minute then it was up i think because of panic disorder to a whooping 130 a minute. at first i thought it was from the patch so called my dr and they decided to do an ekg just to be sure its ok. its been slow since then. wondering if it can be because i quit that is slowed down and my poor heart doesnt have to work so hard? i finally am getting my smeller back and taste buds are reviving. can hardly wait til i can get off the patch and get on with a new way of life. hope its on its way to getting better every day.
