ello, ello - good to see you up & about. Hope life is treateing you well & that you're finding plenty of 'me' time cos you know freedom, we all need it. Good for you for not letting your guard down, especially when staring in the face of the demon. I sometimes still need to really remind myself in these situations that i don't want to smoke anymore, a bit of support now & then does a long way. keep it up ! Hi everyone, I'd like to thank everybody and sammi in particular. I read your post on Ann's original thread about the 007 quitters! I'm really, really touched. Gosh, those early days, I couldn't have done it without YOU all - you guys were amazing - the old timers, wonderful. You made me realize that I have to find time - even 15 minutes a nite to check in and cheer someone in days 1-30 on! Pay it on, right! Thank you. You all saved me. I can't believe to this day I've quit. I found an old stale cigarette in the car today and I thought about smoking it but tossed it. I still need the support. Plus, I'm eating houses in my spare time LOL. I've been working too hard, it's nice to be back.
