SherryS I'm seeing double trouble, two slips. Well it is good that you hate it and if that is what its going to take, then ok. Just remember it is not always a total joy going through the quit process. You don't want to draw it out any longer than need be. So come on now let's stick to it. The quit side of the coin is where you will be happiest. I'm 14 tomorrow! Sherry, It is important to remember that this is an addiction. We learn from our mistakes and other experiences. Thanks for sharing :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

Two nights ago I was tipsy and I smoked two cigs. The good news is that I didn't really like the taste! I'm still upset that I did it, but I know now I'll never be a smoker again! Back in the late 90's I was a wild child, a shock I know.I was doing a lot of coke when I decided that I wasn't going to do it anymore, just like I did cigs! And I didn't. Then months later I tried it again and I hated it!! I think the same thing has happened with cigs. I think once you really are through, you're through. No amount of outside pressure will make a difference until YOU decide that you're done. Now, if I could just develop the same aversion to fattening foods!! Hope I didn't shock anyone.
