It is a happy day for me so I wanted to share. Thanks to all here for the motivation and support. Yes, I am a non-smoker. I just love those hours when you do not even think about it. I wanted to break the 1000 not smoked. At 5 minutes a smoke that is 84 hour of time I have gained by not smoking. How cool is that!
