No Man's Land not fair

How can it be? All that work and I still feel awful? My cravings are surging to a very high level. I'm out of energy. I'm seriously cranky. My work is being affected. And I have who knows how long until I might feel better? Someone's whispering to me that it's not worth it. Thanks for all the posts and encouragement. That was a really tough go for three or four days. Now it has eased off a lot. I think I only log in when I'm craving (like right this moment, but it's not too bad today). When I'm not around the lists it means that I'm not thinking about smoking, which is a good thing. Yes it's hard, but don't worry for me. I'll never smoke again. I won't put myself through this twice... I'm a little measly 3 day quitter, Just think how amazing 71 days looks to me, or how you wondered if you would make 71 days when you first started. I bet you can make it to 72 then 73 and then even further. "Quitting smoking is a good thing, not a bad thing." LOL!!! Absolutely!! Quitting smoking is not a form of self-torture. Ah... that would be...smoking. Quitting can be tough over the short-term, but over the long term...smoking is far, far tougher!!
