Your calmness and positive nature have been instrumental in your success and that same approach has helped so many here to realise that a quit can be whatever you want it to be. In your case, unquestioned � smoking is not an option � move on. New quitters, if ever you wanted the perfect role model in how to take a quit by the scruff of the neck and just do it then the very unassuming and laconic Mr Ed is your man.
