Way to go, Mercy! We are so proud of you!
On vacation you stared down the demon. Now you're home after having been gone a few days. Do you think the trigger could be just that? I had the same thing (sort of)when i came home from a long weekend. I was home in familiar (formerly smoking) territory, and normally I would have lit up as soon as my foot hit the kitchen.
That's been my thing lately...there are many times when I stop and think..."oh, this is when I would have reached for a smoke". I guess old habits really do die hard.
Keep up the great quit, and you'll be at the beach in no time!
