Hey Cat. I saw you mentioned being lethargic on another post...
Let me tell you, that seems to be one of the most common early side effects of not smoking. It has something to do with the oxygen you're taking in and your body healing. It does pass (took me about 3 weeks, I finally have energy this week!) but in the meantime try to nurture yourself.
Take a nap, veg on the couch and watch a movie, read a book, etc..., soak in a bath, read the paper with a cup of herbal tea ... whatever works for you! :)
