we are all addicted to nicotine.. for life.
don't believe me ?, i met a friend today who has quit for 10 years. He told me that he would lite up in the blink of any eye if he could only smoke like he drinks.. in moderation or when he wanted to smoke.
that's right !... sorry to burst anyones bubble.
My father, after an 8 year quit done just that, he smokes now.
To be honest i'm starting to wonder if it's all worth it myself, why would i want to go through the rest of my life fighting something that i want to do ?.... i honestly did enjoy it & it's perfectly legal.
peace

Jaset,
There are many reasons and only the members can assist with the answers. Triggers can cause relapse and situations can also do this. Let's hear from the members and anything that they have encountered :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
