You're all special people. Thanks for your support and the invitation to the beach. I've been to a lot of beaches around the world in my life time, but I've never seen one where the people were as fun loving, supportive, and thoughtful as you all are! Smoke free beaches are the best, aren't they? And to think that it was only a few short months ago that I would've been *****ing about spending time with a bunch of non-smokers. My gosh, I've really made it to the 100 day mark! At first that seemed impossible, but here I am feeling so good that I've stayed with my quit. I hope the next 100 days go by as fast as these first 100 have. Another wonderful thing about today is that I've started to knock off some of the 15 lbs. I've gained. It's a small start with 2 lbs down, but I'll take it and keep working to add to that number. I feel soooo good!
