Great job of quitting Bobbi - I did lots of boohooing along the way too...Isn't it great to be surrounded by so many supportive people at SCC?
Stay strong.....Congrats on 39 days +
Windy

Hi Bobbi,
When I was a young Quitter, full of doubt, I used to marvel at the stats of older quitters, say on a year or more. They all said that it was a journey worth making, and I trusted in them. Now that I have joined them, I understand.
One day it will be your turn to give this advice to others here.
Mr Ed :)

Hey Phil,
I am sure trying to be! lol lol Boy you sure have been quit along time. Can't wait for my stats to look like yours! If you can remember back, it seems like it is alittle harder these last few days then in the beginning, I thought the way it was in the beginning, nothing like what I had read with terriable withdraws and cravings but they have been very hard on me as I said this last few days and sure don't like it! I am on the 21 mg. patch go to the 14 next Tues and sure scares me with the way I have felt the last few days. BUT no matter how tough it gets I will be tougher! right right.
Thanks for your support!
Hugs and prayers
Bobbi

Bobbi here,
Well I have been here alittle over a mo. have boo hooed, belly ached and all about family matters, cigs etc. and all of you have listened so intently to me and answered back with so much concern and wisdom, I feel like I have been so fortuneate to have found all of you to help through this ordeal of becoming a nonsmoker. Can't express how much all of this has meant to me I have not once cried because I don't smoke but I sure have because you all make me feel so great with your support. expecially want to thank lainey and all the March Mellows for their concern about me and my family. Many, Many Many
Hugs, and thanks are sent to you all!
