Hey Phil, I hear Ya, Me smoking 40 years plus, I guarantee You that Nicotine in not gone from me in three days, I tell Everyone that I am and X-Missourian, The Show Me State, So if You want to convince and make a believer of me, You'd better have some pictures and a couple of Blue Prints, But after 4 years, I feel fairly safe now, But I guess a Person who has smoked a big part of His or Her life, is Never really out of the woods from cancer, That race car Driver and then Announcer, Who passed away a few weeks back, hadn't smoked in like 15 or 20 years, and passed away with lung cancer, Scarry, and He was quite young, 58 I think they said, You take care, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1475 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 44,271 Amount Saved: $6313 Life Gained: Days: 335 Hrs: 13 Mins: 46 Seconds: 58

Hello Friends & Quitters, I'm really not on this website much anymore since I quit 4 years ago, and I keep thinking how this website has changed so much in 4 years, but basicially it hasn't, For It's still all about Support and Encouragement for One another, that's what Motivate's a Person to not give up the fight to kick the addiction, As I read a lot of these Postings, it sure brought back a lot memories to me, You might think I'm Coo-Koo, but I was just thinking of smoking a cigerette, and then starting all over again on this website, But No, I am enjoying my lifestyle and happiness so much today without stopping by a smoke shop, Don't need, Will never need it again, I just must have had Great Friends and Teachers on this website to have make me quit after smoking 40 + years, I do believe though that I could smoke a pack of cigerettes this afternoon, and not have another cigerette in another 4 years, That is just how much I've hardened myself to say, NO THANKS, And hopefully, You too will have this Defense Barrier as the years past for You All, I guess You might say that it is a Mind Game You play with Yourself, The Movie, Let's Do It Again, is based on a small High School community basketball team in Illinois, Who kept winning every game, and kept saying after every game, Let's do It Again, and went all the way to the State Championship, and won the big trophy, Well see Friends, You can do it on this website, For every day You go without a cigerette, You can wake up in the morning and say to Yourself, ''Let's Do It Again Today,''' Been nice Chatting with You All,, And have a pleasant journey, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1475 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 44,265 Amount Saved: $6313 Life Gained: Days: 335 Hrs: 12 Mins: 45 Seconds: 11
