Butterfly... Saskatchewan, Canada. They're about 10.00 here right now for most major brands. 25 to a pack, but that's still an awfully high price to pay. And that's going nowhere but up. Cigs here haven't been 4.00 since...hmmm... the the early 80's? Butterfly Swimmer Here in montreal a pack of 25 ciga. cost at a gas station almost $10 canadian dollar ( about $9 u.s.d.) i use to buy them by the carton so to save some money this way ( would come out to about $8.25 per pack of 25). do not forget that if you save this money (bank, mutual found, gold etc...) you will make extra money on the interest ( i think your money doubles every 10 years or so). now just try to imagine how much money is being smoked daily, monthly or yearly if 20%-25% of world population smokes. somebody makes LOTS of money................. ex-idiot My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/19/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 61 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,667 Amount Saved: $503.25 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 0 Mins: 15 Seconds: 29

Where are you guys that you have to spend almost $10 on smokes?!?!?! Here in MO, they're like 4 something. Considering the fact that I smoked more than a pack a day, and therefore spent about $5 a day on smokes, and I'm 30, if I live another 50 years, I will have saved $91,250.00. Not as impressive as some of your numbers, but I wouldn't mind having that extra cash!!! Crave the Quit! These are some hefty numbers! Can you imagine if we all actually threw this money in a jar and counted it in a few years??? Who's throwing money in the jar? Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

Whynot - How about giving me some of that windfall for my birthday? ;) Angel - I know, I'm honestly afraid to figure out how much money I've spent over the years on coffin nails! It's not worth the agony, and it's best to look forward not back! Wow that incredable, Just think what I could have had instead of smoking the last 30 years of my life. Now that can get depressing unless we think of it positively and say I have another 30 years or so to live, what can I get now!! My goal is to make it to 365 days!!! then I can multiply it by how many years I will yet live. How about a ripe old age of 100!! Sounds good to me Mercy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 59 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,188 Amount Saved: $263.73 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 16 Mins: 57 Seconds: 9
