I pretty much had the same thing happen last Fri nite, Hubby & I stopped off at the sports bar for a drink & supper, when a load of friends came bouncing in. Hubby had to go to a meeting so he left and suggested I stay, which I did for an hour.
But red flags appeared, when I realized this was going to be a party night and I realized I need to avoid certain situations, and this is one of them. I think that may have been a magic moment for me...I am suddenly more aware than ever before of my quit and what I am willing to do to keep it. :)
