Quiting is Easier Than

Quitting is easier than losing weight!!! When you quit smoking you have results after one day but if you are on a diet you have to wait for the results for a week or so. I hate dieting and I love to be a non smoker, so there!!! My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 505 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15,150 Amount Saved: 2,386.13 Life Gained: Days: 71 Hrs: 6 Mins: 29 Seconds: 23

Wow this thread ended up way more serious, than fun. A lot of people have been through a lot of painful experiences. There's quite a few people who posted in here, that I've never seen in the present threads. Anyhow I think quitting smoking is easier than dying a slow painful death. I don't want to find out either. Just breathe......ahhhhhh My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/16/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 40 Amount Saved: $9.60 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 6 Mins: 49 Seconds: 4

Quitting is easier than missing half the entertainment because I was outside smoking. Quitting is NOT easier than my sister, however. That is so true, and I have done it. Quitting is easier than thinking of who in your family & friends will get custody of your child should you die of cancer. Melissa

Quitting is easier than living with fear of getting cancer from smoking. The fear just digs in a little deeper with every puff. Quitting is DEFINITELY easier than that! Quitting is easier than having to do the laundry 3 times as much as usual because everything stinks of smoke. Quitting in easier than facing the prospect of having your bowels removed and having a colostomy bag because you ignore your doctor (this is what I'm hoping to avoid) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: 0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 32 Seconds: 46
