when I exercise I always feel better.Infact the therapist I go to has anxiety to, he suggests that i run or swim 30 minutes a day for at least 5days. he seems to think I have seasonal affective disorder because in the winter their is less sunlight then in the summer. In New orleans it is cloudy and rainy in the winter so their is less activity which causes me problems. In the spring I feel better because their is more sunlight and less rain. Do you notice your anxiety is worse in the Spring or the winter?
