No, seriously, small steps! I got back into exercise 2 years ago after being a total stranger to it for years and now I love it.
Little and often, that's a good motto in many aspects of life and it works on this occasion too.
Enjoy the gym, then when you get home, creep onto the settee for some serious prone exercise!! Don't forget the hoofer-doofer - that can be frustrating once you are comfortable!
