Ok, I just have to report this. I realized I pretty much went the whole day without even THINKING about cigs or smoking (or not smoking, for that matter). Even with a morning stop at 7-11 for coffee! In other words I had a day like a real non-smoker! See, for those just starting out ... there are some really good days ahead! Keep at it.
