WOW good on YOU!
I gained, get ready, it's a whopper, sitting down?
52 pounds! That's right 52 pounds. Sometimes I think this sacrifice is for nothing because quitting is a battle that I'm still fighting! Yet I have to fight both at once. I disgust myself. I'm a fat cow that cannot fit into any of my clothes. I've bought some really really cheap things just so I have something to wear.
Three days ago I started on Alli which gave me an impetus to kick start my diet and I have lost 2 pounds so far. So, it's fighting the cravings, fighting the hungries, and generally limping through every day.
