You're right Fish, Spring is beginning to bring life all anew again. I love Spring, I look at it as a fresh start. And I hadn't thought of this being my second Spring not smoking. What a great thought!! Good to hear from you and knowing that you are doing well. Great stats with those 15 months. Thanks for all of your support.. :) Sunshine My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 438 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,462 Amount Saved: $1533 Life Gained: Days: 64 Hrs: 9 Mins: 8 Seconds: 37

Congratulations, those are awesome stats. I love your quit date. I too took the 21, because its a great date, (first day of spring, summer, fall, winter) but mine is April. Give yourself a nice reward for those 13,673 cigarettes not smoked!!! Cigarettes Not Smoked

Hey Fish, Was thinking today as I was outside enjoying the nice warm weather we are having today, about the arrival of spring, and the smoking reminders that will come my way, which I haven't encountered yet. I mowed my yard today, and as I was finishing, I had one of those darn smoking thoughts... which made me realize I always had a smoke after I mowed the yard. The thought was gone as fast as it had come. Had a great walk today, and I have to say my lungs reallly are healing. Congrats to you on 15 months! It's awesome! That's one season down for all of you late '06/early '07 quitters. That's arguably the most difficult season. Freakin' awesome job. It also signifies my 15 month anniversary and the beginning of the 2nd Spring in my new smokefree skin. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that to myself and to check in and reconnect with my SSC friends who helped make it all possible. I hope everyone is having a great 'right now.' And, as always, keep fightin' the good fight - fish :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 455 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 13,673 Amount Saved: $2275 Life Gained: Days: 60 Hrs: 9 Mins: 41 Seconds: 29
