Hi Bear,
Are you marking the days off the calendar?? Well, Friday is the big day. Party, Party for your 30 days.
You are really doing well, and I am so proud of you. Glad you got to take a walk today. The weather is beginning to break here also. Will be in the 70's over the weekend.
Bear, what Josie is saying is start a new message about triggers and stressors. Of course I don't know what you had in mind. But I don't think you would offend anyone with that subject. Are you wanting to know how to handle triggers and stressors? Then just ask the question, how do you handle triggers and stressors? You will be surprised at the info you will get. We all have them and deal with them in different ways. As I have said many times my car, and phone was my biggest triggers. After I quit smoking I had my car professionally cleaned, it smelled like a new car. At all of my phones I kept a straw to chew on or a rubber band to pull on, I also kept a pen and pad to just doodle on. Also situations was also something I had to deal with, when something came up that I had not been through without smoking I had to find a whole new way to get through that situation. I'm still going through them, and I believe we will for sometime. Like the VA Tech tragedy I had to turn the TV off because I was getting so upset, and was beginning to grieve for all of the families. Because I had been through loosing a son, grandson, husband, and sister with in a very short length of time. It was bringing all of this grief back to me. So this is something I have to deal with every time I see someone grieving. But I can honestly say, I know how they feel. Sorry Bear I didn't mean to ramble.
Thank you for all the info on the ingredients in Cigarettes. Wow, with all the chemicals, where is the tobacco????
Take care.........
