Hi Audrey, I do the same, exact thing. I either have little time for a reward and when I do finally get the time, it has lost it's relevance.
I know it's a big part of our quit so we'd better start doing something about our lack of rewards. I read today that it can be something simple like taking a bubble bath, taking a walk, or watching a good movie.
We need to read about the rewards again and how important they are....then make sure that we do something that we enjoy as a reward.
You're probably like me, you're use to doing for everyone else so by the time you finally get around to you, there's just no time or money left over. :confuse:
Stay Strong,
Tutti
