I guess that puts me on the beah or summat? I am assuming that means as much alcohol as I want and as much chocolate as I carve? Because I intend indulging in both this weekend. lol I am still a fairly crabby cow from time to time and still weepy a LOT of the time but I am starting to realise those are more menopausal than stopping smoking. (MAybe not the BEST time to quit?! lol). The quit iteself is now feeling very secure and I cannot imagine ever lighting up. Now, if I can just learn more about dealing with my cranky bits - rather than kicking cupboards, I'll be fine. Anyway, it is a beautiful day here in sunny Scotland and the washing is flapping away. I am away to do some painting on my house. Hi to others on the beack. Keep on keeping on to those heading here. The views are lovely, S My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 111 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,891 Amount Saved: 666 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 10 Mins: 30 Seconds: 54
