Endit -
You're doing great - you're already on Day #3!
I remember feeling so physically messed up the first few days - spacey, exhausted, jittery, and out-of-sorts in so many ways. Everyone kept reminding me that this was all good stuff - it was the nictoine & hundreds of chemicals leaving my body. It really scared me HOW MUCH my body was being effected in the detox process, because it showed HOW MUCH smoking had been effecting my body.
It still scares me to recognize how every single bodily function was altered by smoking - all of my senses (especially smelling & taste), digestion, breathing, sleeping, etc.
So, during this final day of detox (it takes 72 hours), savor each symptom you feel as it is evidence of your body healing!
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing!
