I tell myself that a crave can not kill me but a cigarette can. It seems to do the trick for me.

There are craves at 90-100 days like any other crave but not as much and easier to handle. you will do OK just take it a day at a time
Take Care

You are doing a good job Tryagain.
I just wanted to let you know what I did for myself.
I knew that the 90 days were coming up for me, and I had a talk with myself. I told myself: "Maybe, just maybe if I make myself believe that the 90 days mark will not be any different than any other day, then maybe it won't".
Guess what, it worked, I went through my 90 days without any problems.
I guess maybe it is different for everyone, but the self-talk worked for me.
Tryagain, keep up your good work

I hope I'm through the worst of it. I've heard that craves come back pretty bad at 90 to 100 days. I'd LOVE to be through the worst of it. It was so nice to have a day with no craves. To end the day and sit down and not want a cig. It's a relief. It's like being free of a constant pain.
Good for you Tryagain! Especially after having a tough go lately, you deserved a good day! Maybe it means you're through the worst of it. Am Happy for you!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)

For the first time in many many years, I did not have a single crave all day. I didn't think about smoking until I opened up this board to see what was going on.
That's a big, big, big deal.
