Try,
Here's your roller derby partner!!! I'm here to sling ya so hang in there for me.
I just came out of a few days of bad cravings and feeling down right depressed. It ended for me yesterday. Oh, I imaging it'll come again until that demon finally gets the message that smoking is just not an option. Then we'll have those urges or passing thoughts that won't be too hard for us to manage at all.
Pull out all of those tools that you used in the beginning. Drink that water again, chew your gum, candy, etc. again, post and vent a lot, and keep reminding yourself that YOU'RE A NON SMOKER.
It will end. It may last a two or three days but it will end. You know it will. Until it does, take it a day at a time, use your beginner's tools, post, and sleep. Rest is so important because this is exhausting.
Hang In There With Me,
Tutti
