Lou,
There is a learning curve here at the SSC. It is kind of neat to see all the things that are passed on from one quitter to another. NOPE was something I lived by in the early days, and still do! Hop on up on this quit wagon (the quitters having trouble move to the center so we can keep them from falling off) and everyone will fill you in on anything you want to know.
When I first came here, I was amazed at the compasion that every one had. I still am. This is by far one of the greatest places on the Web. I'm still here after almost 22 months! Hang around. You will meet some great people here and quit smoking along the way too!
Have a great weekend and remember:
Every day is one day closer to never feeling the way you do now again. It gets so much easier and it is worth every bit of misery you may be going through now. Trust me, I know. I didn't have an easy quit!
Lady :)
