I wonder if it's just women?? I'm a dude :8|: and I gotta tell ya, If I don't get to the gym every couple of days, my cravings are through the roof. And not just the seven second kind. Like the persistant pressure kind. Aggression and anxiety, etc. This was happening two days ago. But I went to the gym and burned 750 calories! I've felt better since, but I can feel it building again. I call it the Anxiety Monster; it's hard to describe. Best I've come up with is that it's all the stuff that I was stifling with cigarettes before and now I have to actually deal with it.
Anyway, point is: exercise does help! Male or female.
