Hello to all you quitters. Time to post another anniversary for me. Today I have 2001 days without lighting up. I know this becuse I still journal a bit and I write down the ammount of days. I actually plan a trip or dinner to reward myself for another round number. If you're new to this program, I can tell you that it works if you work it. I quit for 3 months, picked up again and then by returning to this program and doing what was suggested, such as reviewing why I quit, I was able to try again and so far so good. The reason for my relapse was I isolated and thought I could do it alone after a couple months, but you need the support especially in the first months and it was good to know I'm not alone in my feelings. That's enough about me, take care and my sponsor used to say " Don't give up the quit"
What still works for me is "One Day At A Time" Joe D.
