Thank you everyone for all your encouraging words and support. It AMAZES me to look at my quit meter and see that so far, in ONE day, I have not smoked 48 cigs. I can hardly believe that I smoked that much! I am not having withdrawls as much as I am wondering around on my breaks and at home wondering what is missing?? Make sense? WOW. 48. I can't get over that! Congrats to you! I'm on Chantix and my quit date is in 3 days. Your experience sounds really positive and you should be proud of yourself. Stay positive and you will do well. I hope my quit goes as well as yours.

Well it has been 25 hours since I put down the smokes. I had to quit 2 days early because I had a tooth pulled yesterday. I am actually doing quite well. I am on day 7 of the Chantix and I would have to say as a heavy smoker most of my life, it is the best stop smoking method I have ever used. I am having minimal, if any, withdrawls. Seems I had a hard day after I increased the dosage of meds, but with everyones help and support in here, I got through it. I have one more dosage increase, so we will see... The support in here is great and I appreciate everyone here. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 46 Amount Saved: $6.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 3 Mins: 17 Seconds: 28
