Question: What made you lose your prior quit?
As far as nic goes, yes, 3 or so days and it is out of your body. But the most important thing is to keep this quit. Do whatever you need to do to make sure that happens.
It sounds all good, but in reality, do what YOU feel comfortable with. If you notice it worsens, then maybe wean yourself off the gum. When you get that intense craving, instead of popping in a gum or putting on a patch, maybe you could ride it out. But only one craving at a time my friend!!
Keep posting! And drink tons of water when you detox. Extra sleep helps, as well as exercise. Remember how to deep breathe too.
